The Lightspring Counseling Center is a collaboration between five therapists to provide a full- service counseling center to the residents of South Utah County.
Founded in 2003 by Diana Hoffman, and formerly known as the Salem Counseling Center, Lightspring now offers the resources, specialties and training of five seasoned and experienced therapists, including a Licensed Psychologist, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and two LIcensed Professional Counselor.
The resources of Lightspring include psychological services and evaluations, marriage counseling, family therapy, rapid trauma release therapy, adolescent counseling, treatment for anxiety and depression, sports performance enhancement, addiction recovery, and a variety of other services.
Lightspring features a tranquil, private and scenic location, sitting right on the north shore of Salem Lake. Clients can enjoy the water and nearby parks before, during or after appointments. (Occasionally clients have requested therapy walking around the lake rather than sitting in an office.)
