Healing Talk Radio show moves to Prime Time

Healing Talk Radio show will be moving to a new time and a new date. Starting March 5, Diana Hoffman, host of Healing Talk Radio will teams up with Kim Power Stilson, host of “Health, Wealth and Everything Else” on BYU Sirius and internet radio, to present a daily hour of programming, Prime Time Health.

Presented during the radio prime time hour, 5 to 6 pm, Prime Time Health will feature the expertise and resources of five specialists:

Monday: Dr. Kyle Christiansen presents “Real Health”. Dr.Christiansen is a Chiropractor, Master Herbalist, and self-sufficiency expert

Tuesday: Dr. Reid Lofgran: Doctor of Ostepathic Medicine, and Board-Certified Addiction Specialist

Wednesday: Diana Hoffman presents “Healing Talk”. Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Trauma Specialist. Diana is the owner of Lightspring Counseling Center and has a private practice here.

Thursday: B. J. Stober presents “Family Voice”. BJ is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, experiencerd in family therapy, relationships, equine therapy and children’s learning disorders. BJ has a private practice at Lightspring Counseling Center

Friday: Kim Power Stilson, 7-year host of “Healthy, Wealthy, Wow,” radio show, continues her popular program which explores health, achievement, philanthropy and Joyful living.

The Lightspring Counseling Center: Your South Utah County Counseling Resource

The Lightspring Counseling Center is a collaboration between five therapists to provide a full- service counseling center to the residents of South Utah County.

Founded in 2003 by Diana Hoffman, and formerly known as the Salem Counseling Center, Lightspring now offers the resources, specialties and training of five seasoned and experienced therapists, including a Licensed Psychologist, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and two LIcensed Professional Counselor.

The resources of Lightspring include psychological services and evaluations, marriage counseling, family therapy, rapid trauma release therapy, adolescent counseling, treatment for anxiety and depression, sports performance enhancement, addiction recovery, and a variety of other services.

Lightspring features a tranquil, private and scenic location, sitting right on the north shore of Salem Lake. Clients can enjoy the water and nearby parks before, during or after appointments. (Occasionally clients have requested therapy walking around the lake rather than sitting in an office.)
